CHEMGENE HLD4H disinfectant cleaner is a surface active detergent allowing a product that will clean and disinfect simultaneously.
Coronavirus belongs to the family of Coronaviridae viruses. These fall under the Group IV (Baltimore Classification) positive sense single strand RNA viruses. The manufacturer states that CHEMGENE HLD4 is effective against Coronavirus on the basis that it has been tested against other Group IV positive sense single strand RNA viruses under the EN14476 test protocol (such as Caliciviridae), but also Vaccinia Virus the standard reference organism for enveloped viruses. The active ingredients used in the HLD4 formula are being supported under Article 95 of the Biocidal Product Regulations. CHEMGENE HLD4H disinfectant cleaner is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and is biodegradable under OECD conditions.

BACTERICIDAL / YEASTICIDAL ACTIVITY - Enterococcus hirae, Escherichia coli, Legionella pneumophila, literia monocytogenes, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus pseudointermedius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella tryphimurium and Staphylococcus aureus.
VIRUCIDAL / BACTERIOPHAGE ACTIVITY - Lactococcus lactis, Adenovirus, Hepatitis B, Herpes Simplex, Vacinnia Virus, Norovirus and viruses such as Coronavirus.
