A heavy duty oil spillage cleaner suitable for the treatment of major heavy oil spills. Aqueous based solution effectively splits hydrocarbon molecules and will not allow them to re-bond no matter how much the solution in diluted. Deals with all hydrocarbons, tar, bitumen, oil, fuel oil, etc.
